I enjoy photographing Victoria’s VOS‘s productions, and working with the talented casts and crews.  Photographing live theatre and dance is one of my passions– I love helping create the programs and posters with great images, and shooting the live performances where the real magic happens!

You’lllove his rope tricks, his unpretentious humor, the wonderful dance numbers by the Follies Girls and Western Wranglers, and a warm and touching re-telling of the life of Will Rogers, a man who transcended decades and rose to the level of a legend.

I photographed Medea for the University of Victoria’s Department of Theatre last week.  Several images have appeared in the Victoria Times Colonist over the last week or so.  If you have the time, check out this great play!  I loved the music, the set, the costumes… it was  a terrific play.  One of my favorite genres to photograph is live theatre and dance.  I have photographed in Victoria at the Phoenix Theatre, McPherson Theatre, The Royal Theatre and the Mary Winspear Theatre, and Langham Court Theatre.
